Roof Repair
Improper step flashing is the leading cause of roof leaks at wall-to-roof transitions. Step flashing needs to be woven between shingle courses with each piece extending 4" above the shingle exposure. We see Dinosaur homes where the last roofer used continuous L-flashing or just caulked the gap. That always fails.
